Responsibilities Include:
- Provide one-on-one therapy to a variety of populations in an outpatient setting.
- Complete a psychosocial assessment of clients and develop a clinical treatment plan.
- Put treatment plan into action through comprehensive explanation and coordination with clients.
- Track all service activity, schedules, and timesheets for submission to the supervisor.
- Maintain the highest ethical standards regarding practice.
- Follow the code of conduct and rules for compliance within the organization.
Qualifications:
- A Master's in Mental Health Counseling is required.
- LMHC license is a plus but not required.
- Prior experience working with children, preferably in a mental health or clinic setting, is a plus.
- Must have excellent problem-solving skills to carry out successful assessments and implement subsequent plans.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required for interacting with clients in a calm and comforting manner.
Hours & Benefits:
- 5 days/8hrs M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm or 4 days/10hrs
