Mental Health Clinician

•  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct and indirect care to clients in their homes per organizational policies and physician orders.
•  Responsibilities include skilled nursing treatments, medication administration, health teaching, care coordination, and documentation.
•  Works under RN supervision, may complete assessments and supervisory visits, and provides caregiver training.
•  Requires a nursing degree, valid state license, CPR certification, and strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
•  Prior nursing and home health care experience preferred.
•  Supports clients in maintaining independence, safety, and well-being while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
•  Salary: $29.00 per hour.
