Location - Phoenix, AZ (On-site at a luxury health club)

Must Have Skills:
- Strong closing skills
- Ability to self-generate leads
- Two years of successful sales experience
- Must be highly motivated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Initiate and close new membership sales while consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Generate leads through member referrals, walk-ins, cold calling, and networking events
- Conduct tours of the facility, highlighting club features and personalized fitness offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and new members
- Follow up with new members post-enrollment to ensure a seamless orientation and engagement
- Collaborate with internal club staff to introduce new members and coordinate services
- Represent the club at community mixers, chamber events, and corporate networking opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and training sessions
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
- Physically maintain a presence on site and assist with club events or programs
- Ensure all communication and follow-up is done in a professional, timely manner
