We are looking for a Membership Sales Manager.

What our Membership Sales Managers are all about:
Our Membership Sales Managers are responsible for leading, coaching and managing our club sales department. These individuals support and facilitate our monthly sales promotions and marketing plans while still taking a hands-on approach in the promotion and sales of club memberships to individuals and corporations.
Our most successful Sales Managers are driven with an entrepreneurial spirit and create a positive environment that pushes their team to exceed individual, team and overall club goals. These individuals are proactive in assisting with club activities and programs to support current and future members.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating, maintaining, executing individual and corporate sales leads.
- Assessing prospects needs and helping people find personal solutions through our memberships.
- Coordinating and managing inside/outside promotional efforts to increase club awareness.
- Establishing, maintaining relationships with local and national businesses.
- Networking at all levels by attending local events.
- Creating opportunities to develop new business and foster previous/current business.
- Focus on retaining current members and obtaining referrals.
- The ability to work a varied schedule that includes weekends and evening hours.
What you are all about:
- You are a driven self-starter with an assertive and energetic personality.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in a business related field and/or equivalent work experience.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of hitting monthly goals over the past year.
- You have previous experience in a health club environment is preferred, however this is not required.
- You have 1 year of previous sales management experience.
- You have a CPR certification or are able to complete a CPR course within 60 days of employment.

All benefits vary based on employee job status and including hours worked.
Compensation: $39,500 - $83,000 annually ($35,000 base salary, sales commission, bonuses and incentives) based on experience, qualifications and personal production.
