Summer Internship Program at BJ's Wholesale Club

Kickstart your career as a Summer Intern. Our internships focus on individual growth, professional development, business exposure, and project ownership. Interns will focus on their assigned area within the business. Throughout the summer, program managers will facilitate various development activities to enhance your skills, expose you to different aspects of our organization, and foster engagement with fellow interns.

Membership Intern Program Summary
  • Duration: 11 weeks, Summer 2025. Dates: June 2nd - August 15th.

  • Weekly IKE Sessions (Information Knowledge Exchange) with senior leadership

  • Weekly Coffee Chats + Coffee with the CEO

Internship Responsibilities
  • Assist in crafting the email strategy for the Member Acquisition team.
  • Understand and analyze existing campaigns and workflows.
  • Help create a test and learn plan.
  • Execute the building out of Adobe campaigns.
  • Support the Engagement Team in achieving key company objectives, including member sales, membership income, trips, and timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with the First Year and Tenured Member Engagement teams to coordinate strategies based on our roadmap.
  • Help manage campaign timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
  • Build on past and current campaigns while proposing innovative campaign ideas.
Qualifications
  • Able to work a hybrid schedule at the BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA, with onsite work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or master's program.
  • Recent undergraduate senior pursuing a major in Project Management, Marketing, Analytics, or Management.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Flexible and eager to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work well with a team and influence others without formal authority.
  • Strong communication skills and capable of working cross-functionally.
  • Basic proficiency in computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email) is required; familiarity with is a plus.
This role is hybrid, requiring in-office attendance at the BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA, on Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday.

In line with Pay Transparency requirements, please note that the compensation range for this position starts at $20.00.
