Job Summary: Member Services Associates are directly responsible for maintaining & growing strong year-round relationships with Republic FC Members. Our Members are the heartbeat and foundation of our club and this role is tasked with overseeing an assigned account base of Full and Half Season Members - serving as the 'go-to' contact for all things Sacramento Republic related. Associates will service, sell, and grow their book of business while delivering excellent communication regarding events, programs, and benefits to the Club's Members.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Focus on retaining season ticket members annually to ensure account base growth year-over-year.
- Upsell current members to upgraded seats, additional memberships, and group outings to drive incremental revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with full and half-season members through proactive outreach including phone calls, emails, texts, in-stadium visits, and other communication channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned account base, consistently enhancing the fan experience.
- Sell and service the full menu of Sacramento Republic FC ticket products, including full season memberships, half season memberships, group outings, and customized hospitality packages.
- Maintain current knowledge of all team news and initiatives to effectively communicate updates to members.
- Ensure all member benefits are fulfilled while delivering world-class customer service.
- Monitor and manage delinquent accounts by proactively reaching out to members who have missed payments, working to secure timely payments and maintain account status.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging membership events that highlight the added value of being a Republic FC Member beyond just tickets.
- Assist in organizing departmental events by managing invitations, tracking RSVPs, and overseeing event setup.
- Proactively respond to and resolve member complaints, requests, and inquiries in a calm, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member account information and documentation.
- Deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience for new members, helping turn new customers into lifelong fans.
- Support initiatives to increase year-over-year member attendance by advising on best practices for ticket utilization.
- Take detailed and organized notes in CRM to prioritize, track, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
- Consistently meet and exceed retention and associated revenue goals.
- Collaborate closely with Ticket Sales, Ticket Operations, Marketing, Community Investment, Soccer Operations, Stadium Operations, Game Entertainment, and Partnerships teams to execute integrated initiatives.
- Represent Sacramento Republic FC at all home matches and select events to support ticketing and promotional efforts.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business/sales/marketing/sports management or similar concentration.
- Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
- Extremely coachable and eager to learn every day.
- Highly motivated and an ambition to build a long-term career in the sports business.

- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Status: Full-Time (Non-Exempt)
Compensation: $16.50 (Base Pay, plus commission and bonus structure)
