About the Role: Member Service Representative

As a Member Service Representative, you'll be a vital part of our branch team-serving as the welcoming face of Kohler Credit Union and a trusted financial partner for our members. This role goes beyond processing transactions; you'll have the opportunity to take the time to understand each member's goals and provide personal solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with members by understanding their needs and recommending KCU products, services, and partnerships that support their financial goals.
  • Achieve Results: Meet or exceed performance targets in service quality, accuracy, and cross-selling.
  • Ensure Accuracy: Open, maintain, and close accounts with attention to detail and compliance with established security procedures.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide clear, professional support across in-person, phone, and email interactions.
  • Problem Solve: Address and resolve member concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Keep Growing: Participate in continuous training to stay informed on financial services trends and industry best practices.
