Adaptive Solutions Group is partnering with a well-established company in Overland Park, KS. They are in search of a Member Services Specialist to join their growing team in their Servicing Department. You'll be the first point of contact for customers nationwide- solving real problems, making an impact, and learning the ins and outs of servicing. You'll work within an automated call queue, helping resolve a range of mortgage-related inquiries such as payment applications, address changes, account research, credit reporting questions, and more.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-8pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
- There is a morning shift and an afternoon shift (both are available)
- Saturdays- the team rotates this shift
- Additional $5/hr. for employees that work 6pm-8pm Monday-Friday (if desired)

Salary:$41,600- $45,760- yearly merit increase

Qualifications:
Cannot work C2C or 3rd party
- Must have 2+ Call Center Experience.
- Desired Industry Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance
- Tech savvy- able to navigate multiple systems at once
- HS Diploma
- Problem Solver
- Phone Etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Mortgage Experience (Huge Plus)
