Member Service Representative
Are you a detail-oriented individual that enjoys working with the Salem Keizer Community? Do you have customer service experience either digitally or in person?
A member of our Member Services Department is responsible for assisting the team by delivering best-in-class customer support to Courthouse members and prospects from the Salem Keizer community. You will be responsible for effectively diagnosing members' and prospects' needs by phone, chat, or email.
Responsibilities
- Promote the culture, values, and mission of Courthouse Club Fitness
- Collaborate with other Member Service Representatives to make every member situation have a successful resolution
- Successfully resolve complex member needs
- Handles membership and account inquiry changes
- Work on projects to enhance team operations
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented mindset
- Good time management skills
- Demonstrate an aptitude for basic computer skills and the ability to learn and use club-specific software.
- Ability to actively listen, understand and summarize with clarity and simplicity.
- Self-motivated; independent, organized, and proactive; highly responsive, flexible, and adaptable.
- Track record of exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Use diplomacy and tact to mediate high-tension situations.
- Attend class or training formats from time to time with the entire team.
