Your Role:
As a Member Service Representative (MSR) , you will be the voice of our organization, responding to inquiries and requests from our valued members in a fast-paced, 24/7 contact center. What You'll Do:

Be the Hero: Provide timely and professional responses to member inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Empower Members: Share information about our diverse range of products and services, helping members make informed financial decisions.
Make Transactions Smooth: Accurately perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more.
Spot Opportunities: Advise members on additional products and services that can enhance their financial journey.
Deliver Excellence: Maintain policy compliance while ensuring a top-notch customer service experience.
What We're Looking For:

Customer Service Champions: Strong customer service skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Call Center Pros: Previous experience in a call center environment, handling high volume calls with ease.
Adaptable Team Players: Ability to thrive in a structured environment and adapt to multiple systems.
Great Communicators: Excellent active listening and communication skills that engage and connect with our members.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Haves):

Experience in administrative roles, secretarial/receptionist positions, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments.

Shift Expectations:

Most shifts are flexible, with a one-hour variation in start and end times.
Scheduled breaks and meals are to be taken as assigned.
Be prepared for back-to-back phone calls, with potential for up to four hours of call time before breaks.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
