We are seeking a dedicated Remote Member Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our members. In this role, you will handle inquiries, assist with account-related issues, and ensure a positive member experience. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with account management, billing, and service-related issues.
Educate members on available services, policies, and benefits.
Troubleshoot and resolve concerns while maintaining a positive member experience.
Accurately document interactions and update member records in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
Uphold company policies and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in customer service, call center, or member support (preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and chat platforms.
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
