Expedition Credit Union is seeking a fun & energetic Member Service Representative (MSR) for our upcoming Woodbury, MN branch.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting members with daily transactions (i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.)
- Recommend and provide knowledge in digital banking
- Support your team by taking initiative to meet growth objectives
- Contributes to business results by opening new deposit accounts(savings, checking, etc.) and by making outbound/inbound phone calls
- Educate members on how Expedition CU can meet their individual needs
- Identify referral opportunities to other staff/departments by using effective rapport building with members
$600 Sign-On Bonus (Must be employed for 180 days before payout)
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Cash handling
- Previous experience in a financial institution is preferred.
- Organized & detail oriented
- Proven written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of all products & services offered by the credit union
- Must know (or be willing to learn) and stay abreast of) all applicable regulatory/compliance relating to this position
Job Details:
- Full-time (37.50 hours/week)
- Monday through Friday (excluding most federal holidays)
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Travel within the metro may be required from time to time
