Job Description

Professional Credit Union is seeking a Member Services Representative. This role is open due to a full-time employee retiring in July. The start date for this role is June.

Hours:
Monday- Thursday 8 am-5 pm
Friday 7: 30 am-5 pm

Salary is $30/K-$34/K based on experience.

Business Professional Dress small office atmosphere. This is a non-cash facility unless you are helping a member with a deposit.

Previous Credit Union and banking experience is a MUST, preferably credit union experience

Seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to our members by addressing their financial needs and ensuring their banking experience is seamless and convenient. This role requires a strong understanding of financial services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions, including membership applications, debit cards, and cash deposits, accurately and efficiently, along with other duties not listed.
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize knowledge to promote financial products and services, identifying opportunities to better assist our members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the banks appearance is professional and welcoming.
- Perform basic math calculations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.

Experience
- Prior experience in a financial services or banking environment is not necessary.
- Familiarity with cash handling.
- Strong understanding of financial services and products.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
