Full time position
The Member Service position will be responsible for serving our members daily by opening new accounts, processing transactions, cross selling our products and services, and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the current and evolving products and services

Properly identify members or potential members and document and update member records based interactions

Cross-sell products and services by providing information about the product
-
Accurately perform teller and member service transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, shared ceritifcates, opening & closing accounts, IRA's, etc.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems and/or technical issues and concerns
-
Handle all member inquires and complaints in person, by phone, or electronic access

Travel to other branch locations, as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in customer service, banking, or cash handling experience of 2-5 years

Ability to build rapport with our members

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to perform your work accurately in accordance with policies and procedures
