About The Role:
We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Summer Graphic Design Intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in creative while contributing to our mission of providing our community with a 'brag-worthy' experience.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist with ideation, concept and execute designs for all media including: seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns, product-driven campaigns, catalog design, print and digital advertising, email marketing, photo shoots, online marketing collateral, campaign and brand strategy, packaging, website graphics, and in-store for wholesale as well as the melin Flagship store.
- Concept and collaborate in planning campaign photo shoots, both lifestyle (on location) and product-driven studio shoots.
- Assist in maintaining the brand voice and consistency throughout all brand visuals.
- Develop product and brand franchise creative packages including artwork, wordmarks, color pallets, style guides, and packaging solutions.
- Assist in maintaining both internal and external creative asset management platforms (DAMs) with folder allocations and file naming hierarchy.
- Prepare and package seasonal GTM creative toolkits for ecommerce, retail, and international use.
- Layout and design of seasonal catalogs and preparing for production.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications, Education, Experience Requirements:
- Ability to execute creative briefs and work collaboratively with leadership and other team members
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator
- Basic knowledge of Figma
- Familiarity with file preparation for digital, social, and print use
- Organizational skills for managing and archiving visual assets within an internal asset library
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring all content aligns with brand aesthetic and creative direction
- Willingness to travel occasionally for on-location lifestyle photoshoots
Location & Office Structure: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in San Clemente, with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The hourly rate for this non-exempt position is $20.00 per hour.
At-Will Employment: This position is an at-will employee position.
