MEDSURG REGISTERED NURSE - WEEK NIGHTS- $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS

Seeking registered nurses for weekday night shifts (7 PM-7 AM) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, upfront PTO, and weekend extra half pay.

•  Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe, evidence-based patient care across all ages, including neonate to geriatric.

•  Require RN license in Iowa, BLS, ACLS certifications, with preferred acute care experience.

•  Must demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
