Position: Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) Crotched Mountain School & Village, a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, is looking for a Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to join our outstanding team of professionals dedicated to enhancing the lives of our students. Embark on a remarkable journey with us as we revitalize the beloved Crotched Mountain School and expand essential services to more children on the autism spectrum. Crotched Mountain School (CMS), a program of Seven Hills New Hampshire, hosts innovative special education, recreation, arts, music, and vocational programming for students, aged 5-21, who are on the autism spectrum, and/or have disabilities and other challenges that are better supported in an alternative, least-restrictive environment to their local public school system. Students have the option to live year-round in the appointed residences on the sprawling campus located in Greenfield, New Hampshire. Vacation Cash-Out Option 3 Paid Personal Days 11 Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities Administer medications to stable students under RN or LPN supervision Document medications accurately on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) Maintain a clean, organized medication room and cart Report any medication errors or unexpected effects Monitor and reorder medication supplies Communicate with parents/guardians regarding medication needs Adhere to infection control and safety protocols Continuously update your knowledge with 20 hours of CEUs bi-annually Hours: Weekend doubles - Saturday and Sunday 6:00 am - 10:00 pm Wednesday 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Valid, unrestricted MNA license issued by the NH Board of Nursing (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months of hire with 1-2 years experience in passing meds). Minimum of one year of experience passing meds (two years preferred) Physical requirements include (but not limited to) bending, stooping, lifting 50+ lbs, kneeling, twisting, stooping, etc.
