Key Responsibilities: - Manage and review Medicare, Medicaid, and Tricare cost reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Calculate monthly Medicare 3rd Party Settlements and develop annual revenue deductions.
- Oversee the collection and audit of cost report data from multiple facilities.
- Provide guidance on state and federal regulatory changes, analyzing financial impacts.
- Serve as a financial advisor on reimbursement, compliance, and charge master oversight.
- Collaborate with Finance, Decision Support, and Revenue Cycle teams to resolve reimbursement issues.
What We're Looking For: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance, with exposure to regulatory and cost reporting.
- Familiarity with reimbursement settings (PPS, SCH, CAH, RHC, SNF) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
