  Medicare Part B Billing Specialist Highlights
  

  • This is a hybrid role - onsite every other Tuesday and Thursday

  Medicare Part B Billing Specialist Responsibilities
  

  • Follow established processes for insurance verification, billing, revenue cycle management, and customer service

  • Monitor revenue cycle activity to support financial performance

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement standardized procedures

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare billing regulations

  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards

  • Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Analyze and report on the financial performance of clinical departments

  
  Medicare Part B Billing Specialist Requirements
  

  • 6+ months of billing experience required

  • Medicare billing experience strongly preferred (please indicate how much on your resume)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

  
  Preferred Qualifications
  

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or insurance billing environment

  • Familiarity with revenue cycle workflows and terminology

  • Prior CVS or Aetna experience is a plus
