Job Description: The MEDICARE COORDINATOR II (Part D) position is part of the Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB)/Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) team in the PBM Finance Operations Member Experience department. The role involves reviewing and interpreting claims data across multiple adjudication platforms, processing inbound mail related to conditional MSP claims, and supporting member-specific task resolutions. Additionally, you will participate in various tasks and projects across the team, ensuring the proper adjudication of claims across multiple payers.
Schedule & Location: - Location : Scottsdale, AZ
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Onsite : Scottsdale AZ 85260 United States
Salary/Wage: Duties: - Review and interpret claims data for proper adjudication across multiple platforms.
- Process inbound mail related to conditional MSP claims.
- Resolve member-specific issues and assist with reprocessing claims.
- Support various projects within the COB/MSP team.
Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in financial operations, claims processing, customer service, or a healthcare-related field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both individual and group settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan and complete tasks on time.
- Experience in a similar healthcare or claims environment is a plus, but not required.
Physical Requirements: - Must be able to work onsite as needed.
Education: - High School Diploma or GED required.
