Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Lab Scientist to join our team. As a Medical Lab Scientist, you will be responsible for performing laboratory tests and procedures, analyzing patient samples, and providing essential diagnostic information to aid in patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on patient samples

Analyze and interpret laboratory results to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning

Maintain accurate records of test results and follow up on any discrepancies

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

Follow safety procedures and quality control measures

Ensure proper handling and storage of specimens
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

Certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (ASCP or equivalent)

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred

Ability to troubleshoot and perform quality control measures
