Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Medical Technologist to join our team in Salisbury, NC. This position is a full-time day shift role where the technologist will be working independently, so a minimum of 5 years of experience is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests, ensuring accurate and timely results, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and blood banking.

Analyze and interpret test results with a high degree of accuracy.

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is functioning properly.

Document all results, observations, and quality control activities.

Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.

Work independently and manage workload efficiently.

Collaborate with other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field.

Must have 5+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist.

Valid state licensure as a Medical Technologist (or equivalent).
