Travel vs. Local:

  • Travel Contract which requires the LMSW, LGSW, or LCSW to live 51 miles outside of "Location" (see above) to qualify for Stipend

Travel Pay Package:

  • Untaxed Travel Stipend: $1,600
  • Weekly Gross: $2,200 - $2,280

Skill Required:

  • Discharge Planner Case Manager
  • Shifts: (8A-430P) 5 x 8 Days
  • On call/Weekend Requirement: no on call requirement; weekends included in rotation (every 5th or 6th weekend); holiday coverage as needed
  • Floating Requirement: no floating requirement
  • Local Rate within 60 miles of facility

Required Experience/Licensure:

  • Will accept RN Case Manager Discharge Planner or Licensed Social Worker - Social worker must be eligible for LMSW/LGSW/LCSW -they must have taken and passed the exam already
    • DC RN Licensure -. WILL ACCEPT PENDING DC LINCEUSNRE WITH PROOF OF APPLICATION (Aya paid open license project) OR candidate can hold LMSW/LGSW/LCSW
    • BLS
    • 2 years of experience
    • Must have acute hospital discharge planning experience
    • Skills required: Emergency Department, Case management
