Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to manage customer accounts, foster long-term relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, with a preference for those with knowledge in medical sales and radiology imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's medical supply portfolio, including imaging equipment and consumables. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing our medical supplies and imaging equipment.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions. Report findings to management to help inform strategic decisions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and service teams to ensure alignment between sales strategies and company offerings.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using Salesforce.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns promptly. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in medical supplies or imaging equipment.
- Strong verbal communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Knowledge of radiology imaging products and medical sales is a significant plus.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Santa Monica, CA before starting work.
