Upscale, Concierge Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice in Mountainside, NJ is seeking a full-time, energetic, personable, and highly reliable Medical Receptionist. Candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills, be extremely detail oriented and present themself with the highest standard of professionalism. Prior ENT/facial Plastic experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•Greeting patients

•Updating demographics

•Confirming appointments

•Maximizing new patient intake opportunities

•Collecting co-pay and patient payments

•Obtaining pre-certification for Radiology and office procedures and verifying insurance benefits

•Other clerical duties as needed

Skills and Requirements

•High School diploma required

•Excellent computer skills

•Ability to communicate accurately and concisely

•Excellent interpersonal skills

•Able to work independently in a high standard, professional and fast-paced environment

•Medical office experience required

EHR experience

Medical Terminology: 3 years (Preferred)

Medical receptionist: 3 years (Preferred)
