Experience checking patients in and out

Ability to schedule appointments and verify insurance'

Proficient with Electronic Medical Records

Experience collecting and applying co-pays

Experience entering patient demographics

DUTIES:

Answer phones

Provide customer service support

Reconfirm interviews

Schedule appointments

Check patients in and out

Enter demographics

Verify insurance

Prepare medical records
