Job Summary:

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they walk in the door. You'll work closely with our medical team to manage administrative tasks, ensure seamless patient flow, and provide top-notch customer service.

  • Greet patients professionally and provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage patient schedules and optimize provider availability
  • Verify insurance eligibility and process payments with accuracy
  • Maintain accurate records and inventory
  • Anticipate patient needs and provide reassurance

Requirements
  • Knowledge of procedure authorization and its direct impact on the practice's revenue cycle
  • Excellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and Internet use
  • Detail oriented with above average organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; communicates clearly and effectively
  • Ability to multitask and remain focused while managing a high-volume, time-sensitive workload
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 years' experience in a medical related field
