We are seeking dependable Call Center agents who genuinely care about helping others and will act with compassion every day
Within a high volume setting, provides support functions to the clinical team by managing provider schedules, message taking, patient relations and problem solving via phone and on line platforms
After training is completed, position may become remote/remote hybrid or fully on site at our Raynham, MA Call Center

Command of verbal and written communication English
Second language is a plus, but not required
Willingness to listen to understand the needs of each caller
Knowledge of medical terminology
Computer skills
Insurance Eligibility
Ability to quickly build rapport with patients
Strong attention to detail in documenting patient information
