Key Responsibilities - Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling medical malpractice cases
- Draft and format legal documents, correspondence, and case filings
- Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track deadlines
- Organize and review medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials
- Coordinate attorney schedules, court filings, and client communications
- Assist in trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and legal binders
What We're Looking For - 5+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in medical malpractice or litigation
- Strong understanding of legal procedures, court filings, and case management
- Proficiency with legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
