Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As an MLS, you will play a crucial role in performing laboratory tests, analyzing samples, and contributing to accurate patient diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic laboratory tests, including immunoassays and blood work

• Analyze and interpret laboratory results

• Maintain lab equipment, perform quality control, and troubleshoot as needed

• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with laboratory regulations

• Keep accurate records of test results and patient data

• Ensure proper specimen handling and storage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field

• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist

• Experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Must adhere to the no-smoking policy

Compensation:

• Annual salary up to $55,000
