Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Specialist to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist patients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification.
- Provide support to medical staff as needed.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a medical front office or similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and medical record systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
