Family Medicine Medical Director in Philadelphia
An opportunity is available for a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient clinic in a leadership role.
Practice Setting
- Join a team of 12 providers, including 9 physicians, 3 behavioral health specialists, and 9 mid-level providers
- Support staff includes 2 MAs and 1 LPN for each physician
- Opportunity for a 4.5-day workweek with no weekend requirements
Schedule
- 3 clinical days and 2 administrative days each week
- Weekly call coverage on a 1:8 rotation (phone-only)
Compensation and Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary of $235K-$250K + additional bonuses
- 200 hours PTO, 40 hours sick leave, and 10 paid holidays per year, with options to buy back PTO
- $2,500 annual CME allowance

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead clinical operations, quality improvement initiatives, and supervise mid-level providers
- Be actively involved in strategic planning, community outreach, and onboarding new staff
- No responsibility for overseeing mid-level providers
