Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm ( 12 hours per week on Medical Director responsibilities, 28 hours per week as Primary Care clinician)

Position Details:
Patient Population: Adult and geriatric patients
Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities: Oversee and guide outpatient care, supervise primary care clinicians, optimize EMR and implement best practices, collaborate with healthcare team, participate in call rotation
Required Procedures: Primary care management
EMR System: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Support Staff: RN Team leader, MA
Days Per Month: Full-time
On-Call/Weekends: TBD, likely 1:4
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Required
- NH license (or willingness to obtain) Required
- BLS, ACLS (or willingness to obtain) Required
- 5+ years of recent Outpatient Primary Care experience Required
- Current or previous leadership experience Required
- Clean malpractice/license Highly Preferred
