This role is ideal for a seasoned physician who combinesexceptional clinical expertise with strong leadership and administrativeskills. The RMO will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuringhigh-quality patient care, and supporting strategic initiatives for growth andoperational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership andoversight for internal medicine providers, ensuring clinical excellence andadherence to best practices.
- Develop and implementpolicies to enhance patient care, efficiency, and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with executiveleadership to drive strategic initiatives and optimize clinical operations.
- Supervise, mentor, andsupport physicians and advanced practice providers to promote professionaldevelopment and high performance.
- Monitor and improve keyperformance indicators related to patient care, safety, and satisfaction.
- Serve as a liaison betweenmedical staff and administration, fostering effective communication andalignment of organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance withregulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and organizational policies.

Requirements: - MD or DO degree from anaccredited medical school.
- Board Certification inInternal Medicine.
- Minimum of 5 years ofexperience as an Internal Medicine Physician, including at least 3 years ofadministrative or leadership experience.
