Job Description- Associate Medical Director
- Required two years experience leading/managing providers
- 60% Clinical and 40% Admin/Leadership
- Open to Internal Medicine - Family Medicine - Geriatrics
- Provide direct patient care conducting home visits
- Travel to see 5 patients per day
- Medical Assistant travels with provider
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team of professionals
- Provide efficient and comprehensive care
- Manage team of 4-5 Nurse Practitioners

Compensation and Benefits- Competitive base salary ($250,000 - $260,000 range)
