Insight Global is seeking a Medical Director to join a dedicated team at a busy, AAHA-accredited veterinary clinic located in Yuma, AZ. For over 30 years, this clinic has been a staple in the community, serving pets and service animals with high-quality, compassionate care. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact within a growing community while mentoring a skilled team of nurses and veterinarians. The Medical Director will oversee hospital operations, manage client relationships, and contribute to the clinics reputation for trust, compassion, stability, and excellence.

The successful candidate will be responsible for hospital operations, including financial management, team supervision, and compliance with quality standards. Additionally, they will perform veterinarian duties, such as diagnostics, surgical procedures, and client consultations, while providing guidance and mentorship to the clinics dedicated staff.

Required Skills & Experience

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary program
Valid veterinary license in the state of Arizona
3+ years of working experience
Strong surgical experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Dedication to high standards of care and client relations

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Proven leadership experience in a veterinary setting
Ability to mentor and develop team members in a collaborative setting
