Current medical or advanced practice license in California. Board certification in a relevant primary care specialty. 5+ years in healthcare, with ambulatory and FQHC experience preferred. Strong commitment to underserved populations and cultural sensitivity. Proven leadership and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement. Proficiency in EHR systems; Spanish fluency preferred. Annual salary: MD/DO: $270K-$305K; NP: $200K-$245K; PA: $172,500-$210K.
