We are seeking an experienced Physicia (M.D.) to lead a talent team and dynamic outpatient practice.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine / Medical Degree from an accredited school
Prefer 5 or more years Family Medicine/Primary Care experience
Prefer 2 or more years leadership experience
Active NY License
DEA License
Bilingual a plus
