What You'll Do:
Lead and Innovate : Direct clinical operations and spearhead initiatives that enhance patient care and satisfaction.
Engage Directly with Patients : Provide comprehensive care, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
Measure Success : Develop and implement Key Performance Indicators to gauge and boost care quality and patient satisfaction.
Support Your Team : Oversee a diverse team, including Nurse Practitioners, RNs, and clinic staff, fostering an environment of collaboration and respect.
Balance Your Role : Manage both your clinical practice and administrative responsibilities efficiently, dedicating about 20-25% of your time to leadership and operations.

What You'll Bring:
Board-certified in Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, ideally in a value-based care setting.
Knowledge of PACE or similar programs is a plus but not required.
Strong clinical competency with a focus on geriatric and complex care.
Culturally Competent: Skilled at serving diverse communities with sensitivity and insight.
Ability to manage and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including mid-level providers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.
Experience in managing both clinical and administrative duties, with the ability to balance both effectively.
