Your first-year projected earnings at 100% to plan are $140,000.00. This compensation package includes a competitive base salary of $70,000.00, car allowance plus mileage, full benefits, expenses, 401K match, as well as the opportunity to earn additional commissions and bonuses.

Responsibilities-
- In your medical device sales role as an Associate Medical Device Sales Specialist, your goal is to work with the Medical Device Sales Specialist to maintain and expand existing territory sales by identifying and closing new business opportunities with existing patients, clinicians, physicians, and payers.
- Additionally, your job is to support the Medical Device Sales Specialist to help grow current market share and increase territory sales revenue by targeting, cold-calling, educating, demonstrating, and closing new business opportunities with potential new patients, clinicians, physicians, and payers.
- With focused study and training, you will become the product solutions expert in your territory and be viewed as a trusted and valued resource by both your company and more importantly- your patients and customers.
- As an accomplished, successful, and top-performing medical device sales professional, you recognize that your first priority is to meet and to exceed your assigned territory goals.
Requirements-
- Bachelors Degree is required, no exceptions.
- A minimum of 1 full year of prior B2B sales, Outside Sales or Territory Sales experience.
- Prior history working with B2B sales training greats like ADP (Associate District Manager, District Manager), Paychex (Sales Consultant), Enterprise (Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager), Cintas (Sales Representative), and Unifirst (Sales Representative) is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
- Prior medical device sales, pharmaceutical sales, biotech sales, dental sales or healthcare sales is a HUGE PLUS.
