As we expand our reach, we're looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Representative to join a dynamic team and take ownership of a high-impact territory. If you're energized by the challenge of selling complex medical technology and thrive in a startup environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of capital equipment products within the anesthesia market to hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems.
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers including anesthesiologists, OR directors, clinical staff, and supply chain.
  • Educate clinicians and stakeholders on the clinical and economic value of our solutions through in-servicing, demos, and presentations.
  • Manage a long and consultative sales cycle, from initial prospecting through procurement and installation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and product development to relay customer feedback and inform future innovation.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, regional meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of medical device or capital equipment sales experience, preferably in the anesthesia, surgical, or critical care space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a complex sales environment.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts to both clinicians and administrators.
  • Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, self-driven, resourceful, and highly adaptable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50-75%. Territory includes Northern California and all of Nevada.
