Your first year On-Target Earnings (OTE) are $200,000.00+ and includes a base salary of $90,000.00. Full benefits, car allowance and 401k.

The Role
Drive market growth by identifying and developing relationships with physician practices and healthcare groups within your territory. You'll promote our innovative tissue and product offerings to both established customers and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve defined sales goals through strategic market development and effective account management
- Deliver compelling presentations on our products to healthcare professionals
- Support customers with reimbursement issues within established guidelines
- Maintain accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting
- Leverage scientific studies to educate customers on product benefits and outcomes
Qualifications
- BS/BA with 2-5 years related experience OR MS/MA with 1-3 years experience
- Must have 2+ years of documented success in selling wound care products
- Must have existing relationships with established wound care clinics, podiatrists, oncologists, and vascular surgeons within the assigned territory
- Preferred: 3-4 years in medical device, biotechnology, or tissue segments
- Proven sales achievement record with strategic selling skills
- Strong communication abilities and relationship-building talents
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and analytical tools
Work Setting
- Field-based position requiring regular travel throughout assigned territory, working at customer sites and from home office.
