The Patient Access Liaison II is responsible for managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and ensuring effective communication within the medical enterprise environment.
Job Description:
• Serves as primary contact for access to medical centers and health sciences campus
• Manages incoming and outgoing communications using a call management system
• Responds to inquiries and refers to appropriate medical personnel
• Schedules and confirms medical appointments
• Registers patients and verifies insurance coverage
• Performs data entry and ensures data integrity
