Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours will be scheduled)

Start Date: MID MAY 2025Job Details: - Answer inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Provide good customer service and empathy.
- Using computer skills for data entry.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information.
- Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
- Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient
Job Requirements: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience.
(NO EXCEPTIONS) - Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
- Great work attitude and willingness to help others
- HS Diploma/Equivalent
- Must live in the state of Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered
