Job Title: Medical Call Center Representative (Contract)
Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site)
Pay: $18-$22 per hour

A well-established healthcare organization in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Medical Call Center Representative to join their patient support team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance representatives
  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide benefit and billing information
  • Assist with patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Accurately document all interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical call center or healthcare support role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
