Medical Call Center Representative to join their patient support team. This is a

Key Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume inbound calls from patients, providers, and insurance representatives
- Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide benefit and billing information
- Assist with patient inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Accurately document all interactions in electronic health record (EHR) systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal quality standards
Ideal Candidate: - 1+ year of experience in a medical call center or healthcare support role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems and medical terminology
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
