Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service-related questions
  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
  • Maintain service quality standards and meet performance goals
Ideal Candidate:
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
