Key Responsibilities: - Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, and service-related questions
- Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
- Maintain service quality standards and meet performance goals
Ideal Candidate: - 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
