If you are an experienced Appointment Scheduler seeking an opportunity in a high-call-volume medical call center environment (100+ calls) and you are bilingual in English and Spanish, we encourage you to consider this position.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.
Shift: Monday - Friday / 8:00AM - 5:00PM or 8:30AM - 5:30PM
Location: Commerce, CA

Appointment Scheduler Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and manage patient appointments efficiently in a high-call-volume environment

• Verify insurance information and obtain necessary authorizations

• Process referrals and coordinate with healthcare providers

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in NextGen EMR or a similar electronic medical records system

Appointment Scheduler Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working as a Medical Assistant or in a medical office environment

• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency are required

• Medical Assistant certification with a front office certification preferred

• Experience using NextGen EMR or similar EMR systems

• High School Diploma
