Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a fully cleared Medical Administrator who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an Intelligence Community (IC) customer in Northern Virginia. In this role you will work within a team to provide office support to the client's medical offices within an occupational healthcare setting. Responsibilities will vary based upon the specific office's day-to-day needs and may include but is not limited to: Providing front desk/reception support Answering phones and routing calls Facilitating the processing of patients by coordinating their visits and scheduling appointments Scheduling, managing, and disseminating personnel and patient calendars/schedules Ordering lab tests requested by onsite medical personnel Creating/updating/filing electronic and paper medical records General clerical and office support tasks Providing ad hoc support to other offices within the client's occupational health and wellness team Required Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Experience, Skills, and Education: High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of experience working in a healthcare or medical office environment Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance Excellent organizational and communications skills Desired Experience, Skills, and Education: Knowledge of healthcare finance, regulatory compliance, and risk management Leadership and team management experience Prior experience supporting this client Original Posting Date: 2024-10-08 While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. Pay Range: Pay Range $65,000.00 - $117,500.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
