Schedule: Monday - Friday 8-hour shifts
Pay: 47-54K salary ($22-26/hr)

They are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with a strong background in customer service and healthcare administration. This is a direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and career growth potential.
What you get to do: - Greet and assist patients, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy.
- Manage provider schedules and coordinate patient appointments efficiently.
- Handle patient inquiries, intake paperwork, and insurance documentation.
- Collect co-payments, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist patients with care coordination across different healthcare systems.
- Maintain organized patient records, scan documents, and manage office correspondence.
- Utilize Epic and Microsoft Office for scheduling and documentation.
Job Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong customer service skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Experience with electronic medical records (Epic preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
