Your role as a Medical Admin Assistant As a Full Time Medical Admin Assistant at Injury Management Organization, Inc. in Plano, TX 75024, you will play a vital role in our current admin team, contributing to the seamless operation of our healthcare services. Your responsibilities will include entering information into proprietary systems with precision, compiling Excel reports that reflect our operational performance, and preparing invoices from medical notes to ensure accuracy in billing.

This position requires a self-motivator with strong Microsoft proficiency and exceptional communication skills, allowing you to perform a variety of administrative functions with professionalism. By applying your medical terminology knowledge, you will help streamline our processes and enhance the overall client experience, all within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
